KEYCON'S OMBUDSMAN

In order to better facilitate an open dialogue between the Keycon Committee and Keycon's members an Ombudsman has been appointed.

What exactly is an Ombudsman?
An Ombudsman is a neutral third party that anyone may use to bring forward concerns, comments, questions or criticisms about Keycon.
Using Keycon's Ombudsman ensures that your concern or comment will be addressed in an unbiased and timely manner. Use of the Ombudsman also guarantees anonymity, should that be desired. While the Keycon Committee remains open and available and encourages anyone to contact them with any comments, the Ombudsman can only enhance our communications and ensure an open dialogue.
